Overview

Preparing for the Baccalaureate examination in mathematics becomes more manageable when the material is covered gradually and each problem-solving method is explained clearly.

The course organised at Centrul Inotek helps students review the material, address gaps in their knowledge and consistently practise the types of exercises encountered in the examination.

The focus is on understanding the methods, not just memorising formulas, so that students know how to approach each type of problem.

Who is the course for?

The course is intended for students who will take the Baccalaureate examination in mathematics.

It is suitable for students who:

What does the preparation include?

The programme is designed to support the student’s steady progress and may include:

• assessment of the initial level;
• revision of the material;
• identification of and support in addressing knowledge gaps;
• explanation of formulas and problem-solving methods;
• exercises with a progressive level of difficulty;
• solving BAC examination practice papers;
• mock examinations;
• time-management strategies;

How will the course be conducted?

The sessions will take place in person at Centrul Inotek in Cahul. Tests and other online resources may also be used during the preparation process.

Each session will last approximately 1 h, giving students enough time for explanations, exercises and clarification of questions.

Why is consistent preparation important?

Mathematics is learned through practice. When students work regularly, they can identify the topics that cause them difficulties early and better understand the steps required to solve problems.

Preparation throughout the year helps students develop a consistent study routine, manage their time better and build confidence before the examination.
