About Inotek Foundation:

The Inotek Foundation aims to promote the digital economy in southern Moldova by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through partnerships between the private sector, public institutions, and educational organizations. General Framework

The Inotek Foundation is a non-commercial, non-profit organization established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (registered by the Public Services Agency on November 22, 2023).

For the evaluation of commercial offers, including the financial component, the bidder is required to complete the Commercial Offer Form attached to this announcement.

The application file must include the following documents:

  • Fully completed Commercial Offer Form;

  • Applicant’s price list for facility maintenance goods and office consumables offered for sale (prices must be indicated excluding VAT);

  • Sales and delivery method (online order / phone order / in-person, with delivery / without delivery);

  • Payment terms (advance payment, advance payment percentage, post-delivery payment, etc.);

  • Copy of the extract from the State Register of Legal Entities.

Selection Criteria:

For the identification of a company specialized in the supply of facility maintenance goods and office consumables, and subsequently contracting it for the year 2026 as the Foundation’s main office supplies provider, the application file will be reviewed with particular attention to the following aspects:

  • Price offer for the listed products;

  • Delivery conditions and timelines;

  • Sales method (online / phone / in-person);

  • Payment terms;

  • Diversity of the assortment of facility maintenance goods and office consumables;

  • Advantages offered in case of signing a contract between the Foundation and the Company.

Deadline for Submission of Commercial Offers:January 23, 2026, by 16:00 local time.
The extended deadline for submitting bids is: January 29, 2026 3:00 PM local time.

The extended deadline for submitting bids is: February 04, 2026 3:00 PM.
Incomplete offers or offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The commercial offer, marked“Facility Maintenance Goods and Office Consumables”,shall be sent by email to ahiorescu@inotek.md, with nmocanu@inotek.md in copy, or submitted in person at the Foundation’s office:
