About Inotek Foundation:

The Inotek Foundation aims to promote the digital economy in southern Moldova by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through partnerships between the private sector, public institutions, and educational organizations. The Foundation also promotes technology, creative problem-solving, and STEM education, while supporting the establishment and growth of startups, enhancing their capacities, and preparing them for investment.

Inotek actively supports STEM education by promoting an inclusive environment in which individuals from all socio-economic backgrounds can acquire digital skills and access various learning opportunities. This vision seeks to reduce the gap between labor market demand and workforce skills, while also encouraging girls and women to pursue careers in IT. By supporting entrepreneurs through the provision of resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities, Inotek aims to stimulate investments, create jobs, and contribute to economic prosperity in the southern region of Moldova.

General Framework

The Inotek Foundation is a non-commercial, non-profit organization established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova
(registered by the Public Services Agency on November 22, 2023).

Purpose

The purpose of this call is to identify and subsequently contract a group of trainers to deliver training courses within the Inotek Center.

Technical Assignment

The group of trainers will be responsible for delivering the following courses for groups of approximately 12–20 participants per course:

  • LOT 1: Excel – From Beginner to Expert;

  • LOT 2: Artificial Intelligence for Entrepreneurs and Employees. Process Optimization with ChatGPT and AI;

  • LOT 3: Digital Skills Development;

  • LOT 4: Robotics using LEGO® Education BricQ Motion, LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Essential and LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime sets;

  • LOT 5: Game Development in Unity for Children;

  • LOT 6: Web Development for Children;

  • LOT 7: Graphic Design for Children.

Responsibilities of the Trainers’ Group

  • Assessment of learning needs and pre-testing of participants;

  • Development of the training program and agenda based on participants’ learning needs;

  • Delivery of theoretical and practical sessions, with strong emphasis on practical activities through which participants will acquire hands-on skills.

Training Delivery

The training courses will be organized as follows:

  • LOT 1: Excel – From Beginner to Expert
    (Duration: 28 hours; Format: On-site training; Participant level: Beginner);

  • LOT 2: Artificial Intelligence for Entrepreneurs and Employees. Process Optimization with ChatGPT and AI
    (Duration: 20 hours; Format: On-site training; Participant level: Beginner);

  • LOT 3: Digital Skills Development
    (Duration: 40 hours; Format: On-site training; Participant level: Beginner and Intermediate);

  • LOT 4: Robotics (LEGO® Education BricQ Motion, SPIKE™ Essential, SPIKE™ Prime)
    (Duration: 120 minutes per week; Format: On-site training; Levels 1 and 2);

  • LOT 5: Game Development & Design for Children
    (Duration: 120 minutes per week; Format: On-site training; Participant level: Beginner);

  • LOT 6: Web Development for Children
    (Duration: 120 minutes per week; Format: On-site training; Participant level: Beginner);

  • LOT 7: Graphic Design for Children
    (Duration: 120 minutes per week; Format: On-site training; Participant level: Beginner).

Final Report

Upon completion of the training activities, the group of trainers shall prepare a final report including recommendations on aspects to be monitored and, where applicable, improved.

Working Language

The training courses shall be delivered in Romanian.

Qualification Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in the education field;

  • Proven experience in delivering training courses;

  • Positive collaboration experience with non-governmental organizations;

  • Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian languages.

Application Package Must Include

  • CV of the trainer(s) who will implement the contract. The CV must clearly indicate relevant education, qualifications, and expertise;

  • Technical proposal including the proposed training concept (approximately 1–2 pages);

  • Financial proposal indicating the total gross price for the above-mentioned services, in MDL;

  • If available – recommendation letters or references from organizations that have benefited from similar services, including contact details.

Organizational Aspects

The contractor shall carry out activities under the direct supervision of the Training Manager responsible for the courses.

Deadline for Submission of Commercial Offers:January 23, 2026, by 16:00 local time.
The extended deadline for submitting bids is: January 29, 2026 3:00 PM local time.
Incomplete offers or offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

The commercial offer, marked “Training Course Offer”, shall be sent by email to ahiorescu@inotek.md, with nmocanu@inotek.md in copy, or submitted in person to the Foundation’s office at:1 Independence Square Street, Cahul Municipality.
