About Inotek Foundation:
The Inotek Foundation aims to promote the digital economy in Southern Moldova by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through partnerships between the private sector, public institutions, and educational organizations. It also promotes technology, creative problem-solving, and STEM education, while supporting the establishment and growth of start-ups by strengthening their capacities and preparing them for investment.
Inotek actively supports STEM education by promoting an inclusive environment in which individuals from all socio-economic backgrounds can acquire digital skills and access diverse learning opportunities. This vision seeks to reduce the gap between labor market demand and workforce skills, while also encouraging girls and women to pursue careers in IT. By supporting entrepreneurs through the provision of resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities, Inotek aims to stimulate investment, create jobs, and contribute to economic prosperity in Southern Moldova.
General Framework:
The Inotek Foundation is a non-commercial, non-profit organization established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova and registered with the Public Services Agency on November 22, 2023.
For the year 2026, the Inotek Foundation plans to ensure regular and professional maintenance of green spaces within the perimeter of the Inotek Center, with the aim of maintaining an aesthetic, safe, and welcoming environment for the community, residents, and visitors.
Purpose:
The purpose of this request for commercial offers is to identify and subsequently contract, for the year 2026, one or more companies that will provide green space maintenance and care services within the premises and perimeter of the Inotek Center.

The application file must include the following documents:

Company Selection Criteria:
When selecting and contracting the company for the year 2026 as a provider of green space maintenance services, the INOTEK Foundation will consider the following criteria:

Company experience in green space maintenance;

Technical capacity and availability of necessary equipment;

Quality and clarity of the financial offer (VAT excluded);

Price–quality ratio;

References or previous experience with public/private institutions;

Advantages offered in case of signing a one-year contract.
Deadline for submission of commercial offers:February 18, 2026, local time 16:00.
The extended deadline for submitting bids is: February 24, 2026 4:00 PM local time.
*Incomplete offers or those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
