About the Inotek Foundation:
The Inotek Foundation aims to promote the digital economy in southern Moldova by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through partnerships between the private sector, public institutions, and educational organizations. It also promotes technology, creative problem-solving, and STEM education, while supporting the establishment and growth of start-ups by enhancing their capabilities and preparing them for investment. Inotek actively supports STEM education, promoting an inclusive environment where individuals from all socio-economic backgrounds can acquire digital skills and access various learning opportunities. This vision seeks to bridge the gap between labor market demand and workforce skills, encouraging girls and women to embrace IT careers. By supporting entrepreneurs with resources, mentoring, and networking opportunities, Inotek aims to stimulate investments, create jobs, and contribute to economic prosperity in the southern region of Moldova.
General Framework:
The Inotek Foundation is a non-commercial, non-profit organization established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (registered with the Public Services Agency on November 22, 2023).
Purpose:
The purpose of this competition is to identify and subsequently contract one or more specialized companies to submit proposals and deliver goods according to the specifications outlined below.
Terms of Reference:
The company/companies may choose to submit technical and financial offers selectively, only for the goods listed that they sell, or for all the goods, if applicable.
Note: Please indicate prices excluding VAT, as the purchase of these goods is exempt from VAT with the right to deduct.

Note: The Foundation reserves the right to withdraw certain goods included in the request for offer if the financial offer exceeds the available budget.
Selection Criteria:
The following criteria will be used for the selection of companies specialized in the sale of goods and their subsequent contracting:
- Price offer for the specified goods;
- Delivery conditions and terms;
- Sales method (online order/by phone/invoice issuance, etc.);
- Payment conditions.
Requirements for Companies:
National companies officially registered that have experience in the sale of the requested goods.
The offer must include the following:
- A brief description of the company/portfolio;
- Financial offer, according to the table above;
- Delivery conditions and terms;
- Payment conditions.
· The deadline for submitting commercial offers is: January 31, 2025, local time 14:00. *Incomplete offers or those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
· The commercial offer, with the mention – "Offer for goods Cahul" – should be sent by email to info@inotek.md, with a cc to inotek.cahul@gmail.com, or submitted in person at the Foundation’s headquarters: 1 Piața Independenței Street, Cahul municipality.
