COMPETITION for the Procurement of Promotional Materials
About the Inotek Foundation:
The Inotek Foundation aims to promote the digital economy in southern Moldova by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through partnerships between the private sector, public institutions, and educational organizations. It also advocates for technology, creative problem-solving, and STEM education, while supporting the establishment and growth of startups by enhancing their capacities and preparing them for investments.
Inotek actively supports STEM education, promoting an inclusive environment where individuals from all socio-economic backgrounds can acquire digital skills and access diverse learning opportunities. This vision seeks to bridge the gap between labor market demands and workforce skills, encouraging girls and women to embrace IT careers.
By supporting entrepreneurs with resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities, Inotek aims to stimulate investments, create jobs, and contribute to economic prosperity in the southern region of Moldova.
General Framework
The Inotek Foundation is a non-commercial, non-profit organization established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (registered by the Public Services Agency on November 22, 2023).
Objective:
The purpose of this competition is to identify and subsequently contract a company to produce and deliver promotional materials in accordance with the Foundation's requirements.

Note:
Please indicate prices excluding VAT, as the purchase of these goods is exempt from VAT with the right to deduction.
The Foundation reserves the right to withdraw certain items included in the request for proposal if the financial offer exceeds the available budget.
Concept, content adaptation, design, printing, text: coordination with the Foundation's representatives.
Organizational Aspects:
The contractor will carry out activities under the direct supervision of the Foundation. The structure and content of the promotional materials mentioned above will be developed based on the Foundation's requirements. The Foundation reserves the right to contract one or more suppliers.
Requirements for the Financial Offer:
The contractor will prepare a detailed financial offer in the national currency, specifying the price for each unit and the total, with VAT at zero rate.
Selection Criteria for the Bidder:
- Bidder’s experience: market presence, loyal clients/references;
- Competitive price, including adherence to the price-quality ratio;
- Quality of the offered products.
The Offer will include:
- Company registration certificate;
- Commercial offer, including the price and representative image for each product, including prices for the quantities of products mentioned in the Technical Task table;
- Samples/portfolio of similar visibility materials created previously;
- Terms and conditions for product delivery.
The deadline for submitting commercial offers is: January 31, 2025, local time 14:00.
*Incomplete offers or those submitted after the deadline will not be reviewed.
