ABOUT INOTEK FOUNDATION
The Inotek Foundation aims to promote the digital economy in southern Moldova by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through partnerships between the private sector, public institutions, and educational bodies. It actively promotes technology, creative problem-solving, and STEM education, while also supporting the creation and growth of start-ups by enhancing their capacities and preparing them for investment. Inotek strongly supports inclusive STEM education, enabling individuals from all socio-economic backgrounds to acquire digital skills and access diverse learning opportunities. This vision seeks to bridge the gap between labor market demands and workforce skills, with a particular focus on encouraging girls and women to pursue careers in IT. By supporting entrepreneurs through resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities, Inotek aims to drive investment, create jobs, and contribute to the economic prosperity of southern Moldova.
General Framework
The Inotek Foundation is a non-commercial, non-profit organization established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (registered with the Public Services Agency on November 22, 2023).
Objective
The purpose of this call for tenders is to identify and subsequently contract a specialized company to participate in the procurement procedure for the delivery/provision of goods/services in accordance with the specifications below.
Terms of Reference
Companies are invited to submit technical and financial offers for the delivery/provision of the required goods/services.
Note:
Please indicate prices excluding VAT, as the procurement of these goods is exempt from VAT with the right of deduction.

Selection Criteria
In order to identify specialized companies for the supply of the listed goods/services and to proceed with contracting, the following criteria will be taken into account:
- Price offer for the specified goods;
- Delivery terms and conditions.
Requirements for Companies
Eligible applicants must be nationally registered companies with proven experience in the sale and installation of the requested goods.
The offer must include the following documents:
- Extract from the State Register of Legal Entities;
- Brief company description and portfolio;
- Financial offer including total price (VAT excluded), which must cover: on-site measurements, delivery/transportation, and installation;
- Delivery terms and conditions;
- Warranty period.
Submission Deadline
The deadline for submitting commercial offers is: August 20, 2025, at 14:00 local time.
Incomplete offers or those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
