INOTEK FOUNDATION announces a call for the selection of a group of experts/companies to provide training course development services.

About Inotek Foundation
The Inotek Foundation aims to promote the digital economy in southern Moldova by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through partnerships between the private sector, public institutions, and educational organizations. It also promotes technology, creative problem-solving, and STEM education, while supporting the establishment and growth of start-ups, enhancing their capacities, and preparing them for investment.
Inotek actively supports STEM education by fostering an inclusive environment where individuals from all socio-economic backgrounds can acquire digital skills and access diverse learning opportunities. This vision seeks to bridge the gap between labor market demand and workforce skills, while also encouraging girls and women to pursue careers in IT. By supporting entrepreneurs with resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities, Inotek aims to drive investment, create jobs, and contribute to the economic prosperity of southern Moldova.
The Inotek Foundation is a non-commercial, non-profit organization established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (registered with the Public Services Agency on November 22, 2023).
Objective
To identify and contract a group of experts/companies to develop training courses within the Inotek Center.
Technical Task
The experts/company will be responsible for developing the following courses:

Lot 1: Robotics course using LEGO® Education BricQ Motion sets (target group: 5–6 years old)

Lot 2: Robotics course using LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Essential sets (target group: 7–9 years old), Level 1 and Level 2

Lot 3: Robotics course using LEGO® Education SPIKE™ Prime sets (target group: 10–12 years old), Level 1 and Level 2

Lot 4: Graphic Design (target group: 13–15 years old)

Lot 5: Web Development (target group: 13–15 years old)

Lot 6: Online Safety (target group: 12–16 years old)

Lot 7: Gaming Development & Design (target group: 14–16 years old)
Tasks of the Experts/Company

Develop the training course curriculum and supporting materials

The training course must include both theoretical and practical sessions, with a strong emphasis on practical activities enabling participants to acquire hands-on skills
The training courses will cover the following topics:
Application Package
The application package must include the following documents:

Updated CV (for individuals) or company profile and Extract from the State Register (for legal entities)

Technical proposal including the concept proposed by the expert/company for each lot (1–2 pages)

Financial proposal specifying the total gross price (for individuals) or total price excluding VAT (for legal entities) for the above-mentioned services, in MDL. The proposal should also indicate the number of working days required for the tasks and course delivery, with a detailed cost breakdown (by category)

If available, letters of recommendation or references from organizations that have previously benefited from similar services from the experts/company. These should include details on the type of services provided and the contact information of relevant persons within those organizations
Deadline
The deadline for submitting commercial offers is August 10, 2025, at 23:59 local time. Incomplete offers or offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
Extended deadline for submitting offers: August 15, 2025, local time 23:59.
