Procurement of Graphic Design Services

PROJECT INFORMATION:

In July 2024, the INOTEK Foundation signed a grant agreement with the Embassy of Sweden for the implementation of the Inotek4Cahul project. The overall objective of the project is to improve digital skills, support local businesses, and promote an innovation ecosystem in the southern region of Moldova.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:

• Encourage partnerships for innovation and entrepreneurship between the private sector, public sector, and educational institutions in the Cahul region.

• Promote technologies, problem-solving, and creative solutions in education, and increase the attractiveness of STEM subjects (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) for women and men, girls and boys.

• Facilitate the emergence of new enterprises in innovative sectors and develop their capacity and readiness for investment.

PURPOSE:

Signing a long-term contract for the production of visibility and communication materials.

OFFERS SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS:

For individuals:

• Updated CV;

• Motivation letter describing relevant expertise and experience;

• Portfolio of works produced by the designer in the last 2 years;

• Price offer according to the technical specifications indicated in Table 1. Prices must be stated with 0% VAT;

• Other relevant documents at the applicant’s discretion.

For legal entities:

• Extract from the State Register of Legal Entities;

• Letter of intent describing relevant expertise and experience;

• Portfolio of works produced in the last 2 years by the designers and illustrators working for the company;

• CVs of team members assigned to the project, highlighting qualifications and experience (at least one person);

• Price offer according to the technical specifications indicated in Table 1. Prices must be stated with 0% VAT;

• Other relevant documents at the applicant’s discretion.

EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR OFFERS:

The offers will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

• Experience and availability of the company or individual to achieve the objectives of this procurement;

• Price offer (presented in MDL, with 0% VAT).

Deadline: June 30, 2025, 16:00 local time.
The extended deadline for submitting offers is: July 07, 2025, 16:00 local time.
