About the Inotek Foundation:
The Inotek Foundation aims to promote the digital economy in southern Moldova by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through partnerships between the private sector, public institutions, and educational organizations. General Framework
The Inotek Foundation is a non-commercial, non-profit organization established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (registered by the Public Services Agency on November 22, 2023).
Purpose:
The purpose of this tender is to identify and subsequently contract a company that will provide catering services for events held at the Inotek Center, Cahul, Independence Square No. 1, starting May 22, 2024, for activities conducted throughout 2025.
Scope of Work:
The selected company will provide the following services as per the table below (please use this table for your financial proposal).
Note: Please indicate prices excluding VAT, as these products/services are exempt from VAT with the right to deduction.

Organizational Aspects:
The selected company will work closely with the designated representative from the Foundation to coordinate logistical details.
The Foundation reserves the right to exclude certain categories of products/services listed in the tender request.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A company providing public catering services with relevant licenses and certifications.
- Delivery services.
- Availability of equipment for the proper transport and storage of food (packaging, temperature control, etc.).
Selection Criteria:
- Variety and composition of the proposed menu.
- Competitive pricing and value for money.
- Experience in the field.
Application File Must Include:
- A brief company description, portfolio, including information on meeting the eligibility criteria.
- Financial proposal as per the table above, including a detailed menu.
- Copy of the registration certificate.
Financial Proposal Requirements:
Companies must submit a detailed financial proposal in the national currency, specifying the price per unit and total, excluding VAT, as these products/services are exempt from VAT with the right to deduction.
Deadline for Submission: January 28, 2025, 16:00 local time.
The extended deadline for submitting commercial offers is: February 7, 2025, 4:00 PM local time.
*Incomplete or late offers will not be considered.
