COMPETITION for selecting a company specializing in the sale of office supplies
About the Inotek Foundation:
The Inotek Foundation aims to promote the digital economy in southern Moldova by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through partnerships between the private sector, public institutions, and educational organizations. It actively supports technology, creative problem-solving, and STEM education while assisting in the establishment and growth of startups, enhancing their capabilities, and preparing them for investments.
Inotek actively promotes STEM education, creating an inclusive environment where individuals from all socio-economic backgrounds can acquire digital skills and access diverse learning opportunities. This vision aims to bridge the gap between labor market demand and workforce skills while encouraging girls and women to pursue IT careers.
By supporting entrepreneurs through resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities, Inotek seeks to stimulate investments, create jobs, and contribute to the economic prosperity of southern Moldova.
General Framework:
The Inotek Foundation is a non-commercial, non-profit organization established under the laws of the Republic of Moldova (registered with the Public Services Agency on November 22, 2023).
Technical Assignment:
To evaluate commercial offers, including the financial component, the bidder must complete the Application Form (Annex 1) and the Selective Products List (Annex 2), attached to this call for offers.
Application File Requirements:
- Fully completed Application Form (Annex 1) with signature and stamp.
- Fully completed Selective Products List (Annex 2), most frequently used by the Foundation.
- The applicant's generalized price list for office supplies (prices must be indicated without VAT and with VAT).
- Sales and delivery terms (online/phone/in-person order, with/without delivery).
- Payment terms (advance payment, % of advance, post-delivery, etc.).
- Copy of the registration certificate.
Selection Criteria:
To identify a company specializing in the sale of office supplies and subsequently contract it as the primary supplier for 2025, the following aspects will be evaluated:
- Price offer for the products listed in Annex 2 (a typical order simulation will be conducted during the evaluation process).
- Delivery terms and conditions.
- Sales method (online/phone/in-person order).
- Payment terms.
- Variety of office supplies offered.
- Advantages of signing a contract between the Foundation and the Company.
Company Requirements:
Officially registered national companies with experience in selling office supplies.
Deadline:
January 28, 2025, 16:00 local time.
The extended deadline for submitting commercial offers is: February 7, 2025, 4:00 PM local time.
*Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
