About the Inotek Foundation

The Inotek Foundation aims to promote the digital economy in southern Moldova by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through partnerships between the private sector, public institutions, and educational bodies. It also advocates for technology, creative problem-solving, and STEM education, while supporting the establishment and growth of startups by enhancing their capabilities and preparing them for investments. Inotek actively supports STEM education, creating an inclusive environment where individuals from all socio-economic backgrounds can gain digital skills and access diverse learning opportunities. This vision seeks to bridge the gap between labor market demand and workforce skills, while also encouraging girls and women to pursue IT careers. By supporting entrepreneurs with resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities, Inotek aims to drive investments, create jobs, and contribute to economic prosperity in southern Moldova.

General Framework

The Inotek Foundation is a non-commercial, non-profit organization established under the laws of the Republic of Moldova (registered with the Public Services Agency on November 22, 2023).

Objective

To identify and contract a group of trainers/a training company to design and deliver training courses at the Inotek Center.

Technical Task

The group of trainers/training company will be responsible for designing and delivering the following courses for a group of approximately 12–22 participants per course:

Lot 1: Excel - From Beginner to Expert
Lot 2: Artificial Intelligence for Entrepreneurs and Employees. Streamlining Processes with ChatGPT and AI
Lot 3: Game Development in Unity

The group of trainers / training company will have the following tasks:

Assessing learning needs and conducting pre-testing for participants;
Developing the training course program and support materials;
The program and agenda of the training course will be tailored to the learning needs of the participants, including both theoretical and practical sessions, with a focus on building practical skills.

The training courses will cover the following topics:
Lot 1: Excel - From Beginner to Expert:

Introduction to Spreadsheet Calculation
Data Entry and Formatting
Common Functions and Basic Analysis
Tables and Data Visualization
Task Automation and Process Optimization
Introduction to Artificial Intelligence for Spreadsheets
Data Security and Sharing

Lot 2: Artificial Intelligence for Entrepreneurs and Employees. Process Optimization with ChatGPT and AI:

Introduction to Artificial Intelligence
Automating Document Writing
Organizing and Planning Activities
Internal and External Communication
Data Management and Analysis
Final Project – Optimizing a Specific Process

Lot 3: Game Development in Unity:

Introduction to Unity and Basic Programming
Physics and Collisions in Unity
Character Control and Input Systems
UI Design and Sound Integration
Animations and Visual Effects
Game Design and Core Mechanics
Testing, Optimization, and Export
Final Project – Developing a Complete Game

Delivery of the training course:
Lot 1: Excel - From Beginner to Expert

Duration: 28 hours direct contact
Format: Offline course
Participants’ level: Beginner

Lot 2: Artificial Intelligence for Entrepreneurs and Employees. Process Optimization with ChatGPT and AI

Duration: 20 hours direct contact
Format: Offline course
Participants’ level: Beginner

Lot 3: Game Development in Unity

Duration: 40 hours direct contact
Format: Offline course
Participants’ level: Beginner

Final report

After the completion of the training activities, the group of trainers / training company will prepare a final report that will include recommendations regarding aspects to be monitored and, if necessary, improved.

Working language:

The training course will be delivered in Romanian;
The training course materials and the final report will be prepared in Romanian.

Qualification Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in the education field;
Experience in delivering training courses;
Positive experience in collaborating with non-governmental institutions;
Advanced knowledge of Romanian and Russian.

The application file must contain the following documents:

Updated CV. In the case of legal entities, the company profile and the CV of the trainer who will execute the contract must be attached. The CV must include clear references to the studies, qualifications, and expertise of the candidate relevant to the competition;
Technical Offer. The technical offer will include the concept proposed by the trainer for the training course (about 1-2 pages);
Financial Offer. The financial offer will indicate the total gross price (for individuals) and the total price without VAT (for legal entities) for the services specified above, in MDL. It will also indicate the number of working days for task execution and course delivery, with a breakdown of costs (by category);
If available – Recommendation letters or references from organizations that have benefited from similar services provided by the group of trainers / training company in the past. These should include details about the type of services provided and contact details of the relevant persons from those organizations.

Organizational aspects: The contractor will perform activities under the direct supervision of the Educational/STEM Program Manager. The structure and content of the courses will be developed based on the Foundation's requirements. Additionally, the Inotek Foundation assumes responsibility for duplicating the support materials developed by the Contractor.

The deadline for submitting commercial offers is: 24th January 2025, 16:00 local time.

*Incomplete or late offers will not be considered.
