About the Inotek Foundation:

The Inotek Foundation aims to promote the digital economy in southern Moldova by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through partnerships between the private sector, public institutions, and educational organizations. It also advocates for technology, creative problem-solving, and STEM education while supporting the establishment and growth of startups by enhancing their capabilities and preparing them for investments.

Inotek actively supports STEM education, promoting an inclusive environment where individuals from all socio-economic backgrounds can acquire digital skills and access various learning opportunities. This vision seeks to bridge the gap between labor market demand and workforce skills, while encouraging girls and women to pursue IT careers. By supporting entrepreneurs through the provision of resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities, Inotek strives to stimulate investment, create jobs, and contribute to the economic prosperity of southern Moldova.

General Framework
The Inotek Foundation is a non-commercial, non-profit organization established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (registered with the Public Services Agency on November 22, 2023).

Purpose
To identify and contract a group of trainers or a training company to deliver training courses within the Inotek Center.

Technical Task:

The group of trainers or the training company will be responsible for delivering the following courses to groups of approximately 12–22 participants per course:

  • Lot 1: Digital Skills Development
  • Lot 2: Web Page Creation
  • Lot 3: Digital Marketing
  • Lot 4: Graphic Design

Responsibilities of the group of trainers or the training company:

  1. Assessment of learning needs and pre-testing of participants:
    • Evaluate the initial knowledge and needs of participants to tailor the course effectively.
  2. Course program and agenda development:
    • The program and agenda of the training will be based on the learning needs of participants.
    • The training will include both theoretical and practical sessions, with a strong emphasis on practical activities.
    • The practical sessions will ensure that participants acquire tangible skills by the end of the course.

Course Delivery

The training courses will include:

  • Lot 1: Digital Skills Development
    • Duration: 60 hours of direct contact
    • Format: Offline course
    • Participant Level: Beginner
  • Lot 2: Web Page Creation
    • Duration: 60 hours of direct contact
    • Format: Offline course
    • Participant Level: Beginner
  • Lot 3: Digital Marketing
    • Duration: 50 hours of direct contact
    • Format: Offline course
    • Participant Level: Beginner
  • Lot 4: Graphic Design
    • Duration: 50 hours of direct contact
    • Format: Offline course
    • Participant Level: Beginner

Final Report
Upon completion of the training activities, the group of trainers or the training company will prepare a final report. The report will include recommendations regarding aspects that need to be monitored and, if necessary, improved.

Working Language:

  • The training courses will be delivered in Romanian.
  • Support materials for the courses and the final report will also be prepared in Romanian.

Qualification Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of education.
  • Proven experience in delivering training courses.
  • Positive collaboration experience with non-governmental organizations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Romanian and Russian.

The Application Dossier must include the following documents:

  1. Updated CV:
    • For individuals: An updated CV that clearly references the candidate's education, qualifications, and expertise relevant to this contest.
    • For legal entities: The company's profile and the CV of the trainer who will execute the contract must be attached.
  2. Financial Offer:
    • The financial offer should indicate the total gross price (for individuals) or the total price excluding VAT (for legal entities) for the specified services, expressed in MDL.
    • Additionally, it should specify the number of working days required to complete the tasks and deliver the training, with a breakdown of costs by category.

 

 

  1. Recommendation Letters or References (if available):
    • These should come from organizations that have previously benefited from similar services provided by the group of trainers or the training company.
    • The letters or references must include details about the type of services provided and the contact information of relevant persons within those organizations.

Organizational Aspects:

The contractor will work under the direct supervision of the Educational/STEM Programs Manager. The structure and content of the courses will be developed based on the Foundation's requirements. Additionally, the Inotek Foundation will be responsible for duplicating the support materials created by the contractor.

Deadline for Submission of Commercial Offers: January 24, 2025, at 4:30 PM local time.

Extended deadline for submission of commercial Offers: February 5, 2025, local time 16:30 for the following lots:

Lot 2: Web Design;

Lot 3: Digital Marketing;

Lot 4: Graphic Design.

*Incomplete offers or those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
