About Inotek Foundation:
The Inotek Foundation aims to promote the digital economy in southern Moldova by fostering innovation and entrepreneurship through partnerships between the private sector, public institutions, and educational organizations. The Foundation also promotes technology, creative problem-solving, and STEM education, while supporting the establishment and growth of startups, enhancing their capacities, and preparing them for investment.
Inotek actively supports STEM education by promoting an inclusive environment where individuals from all socio-economic backgrounds can acquire digital skills and access diverse learning opportunities. General Framework
The Inotek Foundation is a non-commercial, non-profit organization established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova (registered by the Public Services Agency on November 22, 2023).
Technical Assignment:
For the evaluation of commercial offers, including the financial component, applicants are required to complete the Commercial Offer Form attached to this announcement.

The application file must include the following documents:

Applicant’s price list for the office supplies offered (prices to be indicated without VAT );

Sales and delivery method (online order / phone order / in-person, with delivery / without delivery);

Payment terms (advance payment, advance payment percentage, post-delivery payment, etc.);

Copy of the extract from the State Register of Legal Entities.
Selection Criteria:
For identifying a company specialized in office supplies distribution and subsequently contracting it for the year 2026 as the Foundation’s main office supplies provider, the application file will be reviewed with attention to the following criteria:

Price offer for the listed products;

Delivery conditions and timelines;

Sales method (online / phone / in-person);
-
Payment terms;
-
Diversity of the office supplies assortment offered;
-
Advantages offered in case of signing a contract between the Foundation and the Company.
Deadline for Submission of Commercial Offers:January 23, 2026, by 16:00 local time.
The extended deadline for submitting bids is: January 29, 2026 3:00 PM local time.
Incomplete offers or offers submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
The commercial offer, marked “Office Supplies Tender”, shall be submitted by email to ahiorescu@inotek.md, with nmocanu@inotek.md in copy, or delivered in person to the Foundation’s office at the following address:
