Women Employment Hub — Professional Development Programme for Women in the Cahul Region

Women Employment Hub — Professional Development Programme for Women in the Cahul Region

Women in the Cahul region will receive support to develop their professional and digital skills, access career guidance, and explore employment and learning opportunities through the Women Employment Hub programme, launched by the Inotek Centre in partnership with UN Women Moldova.

The programme combines personal and professional development, digital skills and the practical use of artificial intelligence tools with mentoring and tailored support for women who are considering a career change, professional reorientation, or new employment opportunities.

What does the programme offer?

Participants will benefit from practical activities and mentoring designed to help them define their professional goals, strengthen their skills, and prepare for new employment and learning opportunities:

● Individual Development Plan: identifying professional goals, key competencies, and the steps needed for career development;

● Personal Development: communication, self-confidence, decision-making, emotional intelligence, and time management;

● Digital Skills and AI: practical and responsible use of digital tools and artificial intelligence in professional activities;

● CV and Professional Portfolio: preparing or updating a CV and developing a professional portfolio;

● Employment Preparation: career guidance, interview preparation, and support throughout the application process;

● Mentoring: individual and group sessions focused on career guidance and professional development.

Who is the programme for?

The programme is open to women from the Cahul region at different stages of their professional journey, including women who:

● want to strengthen their skills and advance professionally;

● are considering a career change or professional reorientation;

● are looking for employment;

● want to return to the labour market after a career break;

● want to explore new opportunities for professional development.

All interested women are encouraged to apply, including those whose access to professional development opportunities may be limited by caregiving responsibilities, distance, mobility constraints, limited time, or other barriers.

A flexible programme adapted to participants’ needs

Women Employment Hub Cahul includes both activities held at the Inotek Women Hub and online sessions, making participation more accessible and flexible.

For participants with children in their care, the Inotek Centre provides a dedicated child-friendly space, helping ensure that caregiving responsibilities do not become a barrier to participation in programme activities.

Participants are not expected to already have a clearly defined career plan. The programme is also designed for women who want to clarify their professional direction, identify their strengths and interests, and determine the next steps in their professional development.

Participants will be selected based on the eligibility criteria and the motivation demonstrated in the application form.

Interested women are invited to complete the registration form by 12 October 2026, available here.
