Digital Upgrade for Entrepreneurs
Centrul Inotek
27.03.2026 - 29.03.2026
An intensive, hands-on program designed to bring structure to your sales, customers, marketing, and processes. You’ll learn how to choose the right customers, clarify your offer, build the “interest → contact → order” flow, organize your customer database in a CRM, and secure your accounts.
If you rely on manual processes, have scattered information (messages, spreadsheets, files), and your online presence doesn’t generate customers, the same problem keeps repeating: a lot of effort with results that are hard to track.
Digital Upgrade is a 100% practical digitalization program for SMEs in the Cahul region, designed to structure your sales, communication, and internal processes using accessible tools and clear implementation steps.
Who the program is for
The program is for entrepreneurs and managers from the Cahul region working in agriculture, tourism, trade, manufacturing, services, and HoReCa. The sessions are designed to be relevant across industries, with examples and applications adapted to each type of business.
By the end of the program, you will have:
- a clear digitalization vision, so you know what to do first and what to postpone
- more efficient internal processes — at least one process optimized with digital tools
- an improved online presence — a clarified offer, an active channel, and a defined conversion flow
- digital tools implemented or tested — a mini-CRM, organization tools, automation, an AI assistant
- a 60–90 day action plan, ready for implementation
Program format
The program takes place in person, at the Inotek Center, and lasts 3 days.
Iteration 1: March 27–29, 2026 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Iteration 2: April 24–26, 2026 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Choose one of the two periods based on your availability.
The format is 100% practical, based on workshops, exercises applied to your own business, and case studies.
