GDPR in Moldova in 2026 – the new data protection law
On 21 August 2026, the Inotek Centre will host the ninth edition of Business Breakfast, dedicated to the new Personal Data Protection Law.
This practical event will address the changes introduced by the new legal framework, the obligations of data controllers, and the correct application of the requirements in organisations’ day-to-day activities.
The event aims to familiarise participants with the main provisions of the new Personal Data Protection Law and strengthen their ability to apply the legal requirements correctly through clear explanations, practical examples, and case studies.
