Design Thinking Workshop

Why aren’t customers buying, participants attending, or beneficiaries using your service?

Design Thinking helps you uncover the cause and test what needs to change.

Design Thinking is a working method through which an idea, product, or service is developed based on people’s real needs. The process helps you better understand your customers, clearly define the problem you are trying to solve, and test a solution before investing significant time and resources in its development.

On 12 September 2026, we invite you to a workshop where you will learn the Design Thinking methodology and apply it, step by step, to a specific problem in your field.

The workshop is particularly suitable for people who have a business idea, are developing a product or service, want to improve an existing offer, or are looking for a clearer way to respond to customer needs.

What the Workshop Involves

The workshop includes teamwork, participant interviews, idea-generation exercises, solution selection, the creation of a simple prototype, and prototype testing.

You will analyse a real problem, identify the people affected by it, and develop a solution that can be presented and tested on the spot.

This process will allow you to see what works, what is not sufficiently clear, and what needs to be improved before making a larger investment.

How the Workshop Can Help You

By participating, you can:

  • better understand what customers want and the challenges they face;
  • determine whether your idea addresses a real need;
  • define more clearly the problem your product or service solves;
  • generate multiple solutions without limiting yourself to the first idea;
  • test a solution quickly without high development costs;
  • identify weaknesses in your idea through direct feedback;
  • communicate the value of your product, service, or project more clearly;
  • establish the next steps for developing your idea.

By the end of the workshop, each team will have:

  • a clearly defined problem;
  • a list of ideas;
  • a simple prototype;
  • feedback gathered through testing;
  • a pitch of no more than three minutes.

The tools used during the workshop can later be applied to developing a business, launching a product, improving a service, or preparing a new customer offer.

Who the Design Thinking Workshop Is For

The workshop is intended for:

  • entrepreneurs who want to develop or improve a business idea;
  • startup representatives preparing a product or service;
  • freelancers who want to adapt their offer to customer needs;
  • pupils and students interested in entrepreneurship;
  • teachers;
  • representatives of non-governmental organisations;
  • private-sector professionals;
  • people developing products, services, or projects.

No previous knowledge of Design Thinking is required. You can participate with your own idea or simply with the desire to learn a process that you can apply later.
