“Tekwill in Every School”, the largest and most impactful educational project in the Republic of Moldova, announces the reopening of applications for educational institutions in the southern region of the country that wish to take part in transforming digital education in their schools.
Launched to equip future generations with essential digital skills, the program provides modern courses and innovative educational resources for students and teachers, connecting today’s schools with the demands of the digital labor market. Over the past five years, more than 572 schools, 120,896 students, and over 6,000 teachers have gained access to advanced digital education, through curricula designed to build skills relevant to the digital economy.
The “Tekwill in Every School” program has received international recognition for its impact on digital education, being included in the global HundrED collection, winning the WISE 2023 Award for educational innovation, receiving the “Digital Advocate of the Year” distinction at the Future of Government Awards, and being named the best ITO initiative in Moldova at the PIN Awards 2023, strengthening its position as a leader in promoting digital skills for students and teachers.
In southern Moldova, the “Tekwill in Every School” program is supported by Inotek – EU Innovation Centre Cahul, within the “Inotek4Cahul” project, funded by Sweden.
What does the project offer?
- Modern digital educational content aligned with labor market requirements, for students aged 13–19, in fields such as artificial intelligence, software development, creative industries, and leadership
- Learning resources available on the platform tekwill.online, accessible free of charge for students and teachers
- Continuous professional development and mentorship for teachers delivering the new digital disciplines
- Opportunities to participate in national and international competitions in areas such as artificial intelligence, mobile applications, or graphic design, in countries such as South Korea, India, or the USA

Who can apply?
All schools in the southern region of the Republic of Moldova are eligible to participate, regardless of their size or level of urbanization. Eligibility is based on a few simple criteria:
- The school must be accredited and have students aged 13–19
- Teachers must be available to participate in training and mentorship for digital subjects
- The school must be willing to support student participation in competitions and practical digital projects
These criteria ensure that each participating school can fully benefit from the program’s resources and provide students with practical and relevant digital learning experiences.
