What this program offers

Our goal is to guide you step by step through the process of creating a realistic and practical business plan. By the end of the program, you will leave not only with theoretical knowledge, but also with a completed business plan that you can use to attract funding, grants, or investments.

During the workshop, you will learn how to:

• Define the context and the problem your business solves, building a logical and compelling structure.
• Set SMART goals to keep your business on the right track.
• Outline your ideal customer profile and create a unique value proposition for your products or services.
• Develop an operational and marketing plan for the first 3–6 months, including clear actions and performance indicators.
• Build a basic financial plan by estimating revenue, costs, and break-even point.
• Prepare a 3–5 minute pitch presentation to confidently present your idea to potential partners or investors.

The session is designed to cover all the essential areas needed to launch a business:

• Mindset & Ideation: Overcoming psychological barriers and rapidly validating your business idea.
• Structure & Strategy: Building your business model.
• Efficiency Through Technology: Using AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, Notion) for content creation and marketing strategies.
• Financial & Operational Planning: Setting SMART objectives, estimating revenue, costs, and break-even point.

Post-program Mentorship

The program also includes a personalized support and follow-up component:

• Week 1: Independent work supported by AI prompts to finalize documentation.
• Week 2: Online 1:1 mentorship sessions.
