START IN BUSINESS: Introductory Course in Entrepreneurship

Do you have a business idea but don’t know where to start? In the “Start în business” course, you will learn how to turn an idea into a project that you can test and develop step by step.

Over the course of 4 weeks, you will take part in practical sessions, work on your own business idea, and receive feedback from entrepreneurs and mentors. The program is designed for people with no previous business experience and helps you understand how entrepreneurship works in practice.

About the Course

“Start în business” is an introductory entrepreneurship program for young people and anyone who wants to understand how to launch a business from scratch. During the course, you will work on your own business idea and go through the key stages of developing a business:

• identifying an opportunity
• validating the idea
• promoting a product or service
• planning the launch.
  
  

The program combines practical work with interactive sessions, so you can immediately apply what you learn. Throughout the course, you will meet entrepreneurs, receive feedback, and have the opportunity to test your idea in a collaborative working environment.

What You Will Learn

During the sessions, you will learn how to identify a real problem and build a solution that can become a business. You will work on structuring your idea, learn how to communicate about the product or service you are developing, and understand how to reach your first customers.

The program also includes sessions dedicated to online promotion, financial planning, and the basic legal aspects of launching a business. You will also discover how to use AI tools for organization, research, and developing business ideas.

At the end of the course, you will present your idea during the final Pitch Day session in front of a jury made up of entrepreneurs and experts.

Who Is This Course For?

The course is designed for young people aged 16 and above, as well as people with no previous experience in entrepreneurship who want to understand how a business works in practice.

It is suitable if you have an idea you want to develop, if you are interested in startups, freelancing, or local business, or if you simply want to build practical business skills in an applied format.

How the Course Works

The course takes place offline at the Inotek Center and runs over 4 weeks. The sessions include workshops, practical exercises, individual work, and group activities.

Each meeting is built around the participants’ ideas, so you can apply the information directly to your own project. You will also have the opportunity to interact with invited entrepreneurs and specialists, who will share practical examples and provide feedback.

Program Agenda

The program begins with an introduction to entrepreneurship and business idea development and concludes with Pitch Day, where you will present your business idea and receive feedback from the jury and mentors.

Introduction to entrepreneurship and business idea validation

Marketing strategies, branding, and sales techniques

Budgeting, financial planning, and basic legal/accounting aspects

Week 4
Pitch Day: final project presentation and networking

By the end of the course, you will have a clearer business idea and a better understanding of how the process of launching a business works. You will gain practical skills in validation, promotion, and planning, while the Pitch Day experience will help you structure and present your idea clearly.

Participation Fee

The participation fee is 1000 MDL and includes access to all program sessions, working materials, mentoring, networking activities, and participation in Pitch Day.
