On December 5, 2024, the Inotek Center in Cahul will host the second edition of Cahul IT Connect, an event dedicated to strengthening the IT community in Southern Moldova. The theme of the event, “Agile for IT Companies: Kanban or Scrum – What Fits Your Team?”, focuses on Agile methodologies, which are essential for efficient project management and improving team performance.
In the dynamic IT industry, adaptability and collaboration are key to success. Agile has become the preferred approach for companies aiming to optimize processes, continuously deliver value, and quickly respond to market changes. The event will provide participants with a practical understanding of Kanban and Scrum methodologies, highlighting their differences and benefits.
The presentations will be led by project delivery experts Alexandra Granici and Ilona Cușnir, Delivery Leads at Amdaris. They will explain the fundamental concepts of Agile and facilitate an interactive workshop exploring the applications of Kanban and Scrum.
