In a world where online shopping, mobile apps, gaming, and social media increasingly shape the way we make decisions, financial education is becoming an essential life skill for young people. Cahul IT CONNECT brings forward a timely and highly relevant topic: how to manage money responsibly in the digital age.
The event is designed for teenagers and young people aged 14 to 18 and aims to provide participants with practical tools to better understand the relationship between money, technology, and consumer behavior.
During the workshop, participants will explore:
- how the digital environment influences financial decisions;
- the difference between impulsive spending and responsible financial choices;
- simple methods for organizing a personal budget;
- common money management mistakes and strategies to avoid them;
- real-life examples and everyday financial scenarios.
The program will include interactive sessions, practical exercises, and discussions with Valentin Creciun, trainer at the OK Foundation for Financial Education, who will guide participants through relevant topics connected to today’s digital reality.
