The results of the digital drawing contest "European Cahul," held over one month among local youth, have been announced.

The 8 teams participating in the contest presented 22 works showcasing their creative ideas about how Cahul could look in the future.

Most of the works focused on the city's infrastructure, highlighting interest in skate parks, bike parks, outdoor pools, multifunctional sports fields (tennis, volleyball, basketball, mini-football), youth hubs, graffiti on the city's buildings, parking lots for cars and bicycles.

There were also teams that submitted creative works that did not meet the contest rules, representing the current city in a creative 3D drawing.

The best works, which received the highest scores from the jury, are:

1. Eco-Transport, proposed by the team of Maxim Oboroc, Adriana Novițchii, Sergiu Cudobețchi, won first place. Team members will be awarded mobile phones.

2. Graffiti IACH, proposed by the team of Caraguța Dmitrii, Balas Alexandr, Peroncov Peotr, took second place. Team members will be awarded portable speakers.

The "European Cahul" contest was organized by the Inotek Foundation with financial support from the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The content is the responsibility of Inotek and does not necessarily reflect the views of USAID or the United States Government.

In the European Cahul contest, we encouraged all photography enthusiasts to capture locations in Cahul and transform them into digital images that reflect its authenticity, history, and beauty. Through this initiative, we aimed to preserve and promote the city's cultural and architectural heritage, integrating it into the European digital landscape
