On April 9, the INOTEK Innovation Center will bring together industry professionals and top employers from across the country at the third edition of IT Career Expo Cahul.

The expo continues the "I Choose a Career in IT" campaign launched by Inotek in February. During career orientation sessions held in eight educational institutions in Cahul, Cantemir, and Leova, over 300 students explored job market requirements, employment opportunities, and educational programs alongside industry specialists.

“In IT, you can never get bored – you always need to keep up with technology and learn new things. This gives you the chance to grow continuously, improve your skills, and constantly discover new perspectives,” says Iana Chifiac, a graphic designer at Tekwill and a mentor of the campaign.

“I realized once again how important it is to have mentors and role models when choosing a career path. If even one student left more motivated to explore IT, then I know every moment was worth it,” said Tudor Țicău, a DevOps engineer at R Systems and mentor of the "Software Development" session.

The 2025 IT Career Promotion Campaign is carried out with the support of the "Inotek4Cahul" project, funded by Sweden, in partnership with Bogdan Petriceicu Hasdeu State University of Cahul, the Municipality of Cahul, and ATIC.
