NextGen for Non-Tech SMEs

Purpose

Increasing the competitiveness and digital capacity of non-tech small and medium-sized enterprises in southern Moldova by developing digital skills and supporting the adoption of technology solutions tailored to business needs.

Objectives

·        developing the digital skills of 40 SMEs in southern Moldova, with a focus on entrepreneurs from the Cantemir, Leova and Taraclia districts;

·        organising a practical digitalisation programme, including 14 thematic sessions on artificial intelligence, digital marketing, e-commerce, CRM, digital financial tools, cybersecurity and process automation;

·        supporting 3 selected SMEs in implementing concrete digital solutions tailored to their needs and business processes;

·        encouraging the participation of women-led enterprises and rural SMEs in order to reduce gaps in access to skills and digitalisation opportunities;

·        developing a practical digitalisation curriculum that can continue to be used by INOTEK after the project ends.

Key results

·        40 SMEs and entrepreneurs supported through the digital skills development programme;

·        14 thematic sessions dedicated to digital transformation;

·        4 SMEs supported in implementing concrete digital solutions, compared with the 3 initially planned;

·        a practical digitalisation curriculum developed for future use and replication.
