Following the call launched by Inotek Center for small and medium-sized enterprises that participated in the Business Digital Start program, companies had the opportunity to apply for financial support to implement a digital solution within their business.
The call represented the practical stage of the program, giving participants the opportunity to move from digitalization planning to the actual implementation of digital tools designed to improve efficiency, optimize internal processes, and support business development.
As a result of the application and evaluation process, four companies from the southern region of the Republic of Moldova were selected to receive financial support and implement digital solutions relevant to their activities.
Selected companies and solutions:
🔸 The Entrepreneurial Cooperative “Honey Farm” from Leova will implement a website with an online store, a CRM system, and a bilingual chatbot to automate sales processes and customer communication.
🔸 SRL “Ecolapteprod” from Borogani village, Leova district, will integrate the intelligent Cowmanager system for the digital monitoring and management of the cattle farm, using sensors and automatic real-time data collection.
🔸 II “Derivolcov Gheorghi” from Taraclia will implement a system for the digital management of the LAGUNA aquatic and recreational complex, automating record-keeping, sales, and administration processes.
🔸 The Peasant Farm “Ivanov Corneliu Valeriu” from Baimaclia village will implement an autopilot and telemetry solution for agricultural machinery, aimed at increasing productivity and reducing operational errors.
Through these digital investments, the companies expect to reduce working time and automate processes; increase sales and productivity; manage resources and customer relations more efficiently; and develop their businesses through modern technologies.
